Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing a copy of Surviving Son at operated by Drive On Studio, LLC.


All of the books sold on this website are personalized autographed copies of Surviving Son. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must request a refund before your order has been signed. Estimated processing times are listed on the book’s product page. You will be notified via email once when your order has been processed, which means that your order is no longer eligible for a refund.

If you purchased a copy through, you must request a refund according to Amazon’s refund policy.

To request a refund, please contact us or reply to the purchase confirmation email. If your copy has not yet been signed, you will receive a complete refund of the purchase price, tax, and any shipping fees.

No refunds are offered if your book has already been signed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary based on your credit card company or bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a photo of the defective or damaged book on our contact page.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. All books must be received before they will be exchanged.
